Very good for computers, need to know what you need though!!. Only thing is after sales support is not very good. Replacement or repairs is a pain. i had to get one of my keyboards/mouse replaced, IT was a Pain. Eventually i had to buy another one. I would still go back here, as i am happy with their cost, variety of options available.

I got there 5 minutes after the store had closed, to pick up my 1 item. The door was open so I walked in and went to the counter. There were about 5 people on computers, I went to the counter and the receptionist said "We are closed". I bluntly looked around at the people on computers and said "I just need to pick up this one item". He replied "We are closed". Who I assumed to be a manager of some sort came over and said "We are closed". Not even enquiring about my problem. I said "I just need this one item". Once again he said "We are closed", so I tore up my receipt in front of them and left.

Have used umart on may occasions. One very memorable occasion was on xmas eve 2007 and we ordered some memory online and planned to pick it up in the way to the party place as the memory was a gift. We got there and would you believe it was ready when we got there and waiting time was 5 mins. Prices are better than most places in Brissy and easily accessible

I always check out umart price list first for computer accessories or parts. They have the cheapest prices in town! waiting time is acceptable. Orders are quickly processed online but quickly available

Dont expect a well fitted store as it is a minimalistic store with great prices and can have long waiting times for your order to be filled. Only 1 year warranty is provided for free after that they charge for RMAs on sold items that are still under warranty.

UMart is the best computer store I have ever purchased from! They are cheaper than any other store I have been to in Brisbane. They aren't the friendist of bunch but the savings overcome this.

I upgraded my memory a few weeks ago and found umart to be the cheapest. I have always shopped here asm I have always got a great deal.

I bought an Asus P5GDC deluxe motherboard from here that came without a CD for drivers and power pins bent. It ended up being faulty causing my computer to crash. It damaged my RAM. Luckily it was under warranty and was replaced. It did however take 2 months for it to be replaced. Once it was replaced, I still did not get a drivers CD...

Perhaps the cheapest place in Brisbane for computer parts. Very busy shop so be prepared to sit around and wait. You cannot be in a rush.

Umart has consistently provided me with good service and quality computer hardware. It seems to be very popular. The downside is that its popularity means it can take a while to be served in the shop.
