We really can't say enough good things about Jason and the Team at Unique Development Constructions This was a 3 month renovation of a kitchen, 2 bath, 3 bedroom and both back and front deck which finished earlier than expected. They explained every detail of the process and Jason was extremely responsive to the questions we had along the way. Overall their attention to detail was outstanding which was reflected in their high quality work. The team at UDC really hard to make this a good experience for us and also surprised us with a small gift which we are extremely grateful for. We would definitely recommend Jason and his team in a heartbeat, Thank you.

From quote to completion UDC were professional. Jason and the team’s work and attention to detail was of very high standard. The communication at all stages of the project was excellent, when told they’d do something, its was done. The team are all personable and very approachable.UDC protected my home, the team still took care and showed respect to my home (& to me) during the life of the renovation. Jason was always open to questions and to provide advice based on experience, nothing was too much trouble.
