Our SHARP refrigerator stopped working after a power surge. I rang Unitech Services and spoke with Marco. Almost instantly he believed he knew what the issue was. 10 minutes later he rang me back and confirmed he had the part in stock and a technician could carry out the repair at 10am the next day.
