What great guys and a wonderful company. I use my home theatre every night when I am home. An Ipad update made my all in one remote crash. A phone call from Andy and an email with full instructions fixed everything. I will always use these guys. I just love my theatre.

These guys were amazing. Ive been pulling my hair out trying to do a home wall install of my TV and home theatre system and I had no idea what I was doing, I gave Andy a call and he was helpful, prompt and well priced for the amount of effort he put in. We recently used Andy and his team to wall mount a few large screen TVs. They did an exceptional job, which included hiding the cords behind the wall which looks absolutely brilliant. They would have to be the most professional tradespeople I have ever dealt with going above and beyond to ensure the job (which was a little tricky) was completed to the highest standard. Very happy customer and will continue to use Universal Home Theatre for all home entertainment service going forward.

The guys from Universal Home Theatre arrived right on time and carried out the mounting of our television in a very timely manner. They described the procedure that was needed, reviewed the current cabling to the PVR and Optus box and set it so as one remote now controls everything. They were in and out within the hour and the final product looks fantastic. WOW ! WOW ! WOW ! After contacting Tom and the team at Universal Home Theatre we knew the installation/wall mount of our TV and sound bar was in good hands. We were impressed that we received phone calls from the team to let us know when they were expecting to arrive. Upon arrival we were relieved to find we weren't made to feel useless because we knew very little about electronics and sound systems. Quite the opposite. Tom's friendly nature and willingness to explain the possibilities of how to best set up our system made the process very simple and it wasn't difficult to accept the advice given. Thank you so much for a brilliant job. We could not recommend highly enough the work of Tom and the team and will certainly be contacting Universal again should we require assistance with our system.

Andy and team are a breath of fresh air. Rapid response, flexible with logistics, excellent communications, ability to leverage an 'extended supply chain' (I needed plastering and painting done).

I moved into a new unit, and wanted to wall mount a 'floating' tv cabinet, LCD panel, and Sonos soundbar. With cables chased into a wall which turned out to be made of steel. I brought the cabinet and TV, Andy supplied the Sonos and did the work. It turned out to be significantly more complex than anticipated, and two further trips to mount the soundbar before plastering/painting, and finally to mount everything once the wall looked whole again.

For all this, I got a very fair price, consistent excellent service, and no grumbling about how hard it was in the end. Ridiculously effective and efficient - well done, Andy.

I was told of an unbeatable special Universal had on with their Samsung TV's and decided it was too good to miss. The team came the following week and professionally delivered and wall mounted the TV just the way we wanted it.
