WOW ! WOW ! WOW ! After contacting Tom and the team at Universal Home Theatre we knew the installation/wall mount of our TV and sound bar was in good hands. We were impressed that we received phone calls from the team to let us know when they were expecting to arrive. Upon arrival we were relieved to find we weren't made to feel useless because we knew very little about electronics and sound systems. Quite the opposite. Tom's friendly nature and willingness to explain the possibilities of how to best set up our system made the process very simple and it wasn't difficult to accept the advice given. Thank you so much for a brilliant job. We could not recommend highly enough the work of Tom and the team and will certainly be contacting Universal again should we require assistance with our system.

We were moving from a two bedroom unit which was located on the second floor of the block to a larger townhouse located about 10 km away. Add to the experience of this much anticipated move the fact that flooding had been forecast for Brisbane and the day was very challenging in a number of ways. In all of this, the guys from Two Men and a Truck remained calm, courteous and totally professional! This was very re-assuring to two people who were more than anxious about how the day might unfold. I couldn't recommend them more highly. This is the second time we have made a move with Two Men and a Truck. if you want a stress free experience in moving house - give them a call !!
