yes
i had a gentleman named justin.
My cat hates women which I find embarrassing.
Justins thoroughness was amazing and the dental work and anaesthetic cost $600.
10 percent off for a pensioner.
Recovery was rapid.
extra tests were done and my 11 year old cat got to keep all his teeth and recovered rapidly

I have been taking my animals here for over 18 years and have had some good times and sad times but overall it was nature's call, not the lack of service from the wonderful staff. I find them to be rather expensive but I am happy with what they have done for my animals all these years and no amount of money is too much for my pets. I have considered only once or twice going elsewhere due to the high fees but I will stay where I am as I am a loyal client

they are really helpful and compassionate especially when you lose a beloved pet like my daughter's canary last year. they have done quite a few surgical operations on our dog and were absolutly wonderful with the care they gave her.

Approximate cost: $70.00

Short waiting time...very caring staff...expert advice and service...more expensive than a regular vet but good to know this business is available if needed after hours...we would use this business in the future

Approximate cost: $167.00

Horrible!! I almost put my dog to sleep after they mis diagnosed her condition and told me she was dying. Left emergency a number of times with no answers, only massive bills. They Wouldn't do any further tests to confirm diagnosis unless I wanted to go ahead with a surgery which in the end she didn't need! The receptionists were rude, unhelpful and uncaring! Would never recommend anyone take their loved pets here! Werribee got it completely wrong & were a complete waste of time & money!

Approximate cost: $1500-2000

Sorry to hear about your experience. You could try Animal Accident & Emergency in Point Cook or Essendon in future. 8368 7400 or 9379 0700

I experienced reasonable care here for my pet, but not exceptional. Unfortunately, that's what he needed. My cat had been in a road accident and my local vet had recommended Werribee Uni Hospital as the place to go.

Firstly, it is a bit of a travel to get here and I was dodging work hours to do so. The prices were higher than most and I didn't feel they welcomed my calls when I rang to find out how he was going.

They didn't carry out the procedures which my vet assumed they would and I was not overall very impressed.

Now, my case might have been one of the more difficult ones, so I'm giving them a middling rating. Others with animals just needing check ups etc probably would be fine. I just felt a big job seemed too much for them.

Given a choice, there's other places I'd go first.

Approximate cost: $Fees bit higher than some?

This used to be our regular vet clinic whilst we lived in the area. We at the time only had the one Male Dog.. they have great vet here and were great treating one of our Rabbits who needed to be put down. The only downfall is that their is always a wait even with a booked appointment time, this can make an edgy dog very hard to control, but apart from that they are a great clinic.

I had to go in as an emergency with my cat. It was $170 just to walk in the door (which I guess is normal for after hours). My cat was not well and they did test etc and unfortunately had to be put down :-( I was a mess and the lady was fantastic very caring and loving. She was also very understanding about my finances and did what she could and more with what I could afford. A very horrible experience seeing my cat so sick but they were very genuine

Approximate cost: $500

What can I say about this place, other than the people there are fantastic. My 8 year old Dalmatian had a rare spinal cord tumor, and Sam Long was amazing. He took great care of Toby.

Approximate cost: $10,000
