I'm a postgrad student, and I've studied at a few different unis around Aus. Right now, as a distant student, I can only say, this place needs to improve. It won't improve in the time I would need it to (ie, in a current semester)
They offer distance ed courses, but in reality, its more like, "well, ummm, ...we kinda do offer distance, sure, take your money, absolutely...but your experience just wow, doesn't interest us! Bad luck if you can't hear the lecture online quite perfectly, or if it simply doesn't translate... you know... in that strange online environment that you've chosen ...

The social science lecturers are interesting, thought provoking and nurturing of their students and inspire in me a love of learning and a thirst to know more. Everybody complains about the parking situation but I say get there early and there isn't a problem. The baristas in Bytes cafes are awesome...they always remember my name and how I have my coffee

Great place to study, very easy to get help and to get on with studying. Many organisations to join and many extracurricular activities to participate in.

I love this university. It is so easy to get assistance here and they are always there for help. they always email me back that day. The university is also easy to access.
