Michael - the sales manager was punctual and very straight forward when doing a quote for us. We told him what we'd like and what our budget is and he's recommended the best blinds to suit our needs. We got beautiful double blinds (night and day) where needed and single ones in other rooms. Michael wasn't trying to sell us doubles for every room, he was honest and helpful when eliminating what we really didn't need to cut the cost. The blinds are custom made but arrived exactly within the time frame provided. The installation was quick and painless. Now 14 months later, the blinds and security alfresco door are as good as new, no issues whatsoever. We would recommend them to anyone and use again.
