Fantastic service and staff. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Ignore the negative comments. They're just left wing hippy dole bludger.

I bought my little black cavoodle, Coco, from here two years ago and she was in perfect health.
The staff were kind and helpful and held her for us for an hour while we considered buying.
They gave us all the information we needed such as diet and the first few nights etc.
They even gave her a wash and a trim free of charge before we purchased her.
She’s now thriving and is such a little ball of energy in our house <3

What a disgrace Upmarket Pets is. [redacted inflammatory comment] They were told numerous times not to shave my dog and when my dog was picked up I was shocked, angry and devastated to see my dog was completely shaved and unrecognizable. Never ever again will I leave my dog at Upmarket Pets hands. I highly advise no one to go there!!!

Terrible service. Rude staff. Price in shop displayed one price. And charged another. Only realised on receipt later. Super dodgie. Watch out!

Visited to purchase a few dog treats yesterday. Love the shop, service and staff. Greg the owner is full of helpfull knowledge and genuine. He noticed my fur babies nails needed a clip, I was so amazed when he said he would get a groomer(she was fantastic) to clip her nails. No charge, wow! not common, but his love and caring nature for his animals took over and thanks to the gentle handling of my scared baby, she pranced out looking beautiful Thank you so much for the wonderful experience and time.

It is one of the best pet shops around. You cannot blame anyone if a puppy gets sick. They are not a toy. Humans can get sick, so can animals. Get over it and deal with it. Yeh it might cost you money but there is really no need to blame pet shops. And I don't buy this whole thing about puppy farms...even the normal back yarder is called a puppy farm. The real puppy farms are those who breed hundreds of pups and in poor conditions and not registered with dog associations. I think slamming pet shops is wrong without them there will be no more animals and we will have to go to the museum one day to see what a dog looks like. There won't be none around!!! So guys take it easy on dog breeding and selling. If it wasn't for humans half of the animals wouldn't exist

UPMARKET PETS SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!
This is an absolutely terrible place, I am not sure how they manage to stay open with the terrible condition their pets are in.
Two years ago I had bought a puppy from them and after three days she was diagnosed with parvo disease, she spent two weeks fighting for her life in hospital.
They are dirty and they are rough with their animals and it is clear that these puppies are not healthy once you buy them.
They also provide you with a dodgy VET to go to, which I did and he was rude and rough with my dog when I told him I took my dog to another VET as told to me by the girl who sold her to me (maybe as a warning). The VET called the owner of upmarket pets in front of me and basically insinuated that I was a liar and that my puppy was fine (she clearly was dying) as she was vomiting blood as well as having bloodied stool and couldn't move.
The VET passed me the phone to talk to the owner in which he asked me to take my puppy so he could see for himself, when we reached to the pet shop he took her inside and injected her with something at the back of the neck which instantly brought her back to life.
This lasted for a few hours before she got increasingly worse and was taken to the Werribee hospital in emergency and diagnosed with life threating parvo disease. RSPCA was contacted as well as the local council. why are they still open selling sick animals?
BEWARE! DO NOT SUPPORT THIS PET SHOP!

We purchased a gorgeous puppy and were very happy until we noticed within hours of home coming home he couldn't stop scratching his ears and wasn't able to walk or run without wobbling. Took him to our local VET first thing and next day and found he was ridden with ear mites as well as a yeast infection. We have spent the last 2 months and over $500 trying to fix the poor pup. When we approached the owner he just offered us a return/refund on the pup which is not good enough, they aren't objects you can just swap, the are little innocent animals who need protection and love. In the end we received a $100 store credit, not impressed at all!

Approximate cost: $1800
