Roger and Melinda provide a fantastic and flexible service and are always accommodating of my complicated scenarios. I frequently have to go out of town at short notice for work commitments. Owning a somewhat neurotic, spoilt and increasingly geriatric Staffy this was always a problem. However since discovering Urban Paws pet sitting service and more recent doggy day care there is no more dramas of what to do with the dog! Olivia always comes back so relaxed and happy, it is truly incredible. Urban Paws have cared for Olivia for three years now. I highly recommend the services of Urban Paws to all.

Melinda and Roger have looked after our menagerie (two dogs and two cats) on many occasions either for long weekends or for up to two weeks. The service and dedication is faultless. The animals love them and we can go away knowing that we don't need to worry about their welfare. From the initial interview with owners and animals, the security aspect, the actual service (very comprehensive, collecting mail, watering plants, putting out bins, in addition to the care for the animals) we have been consistently delighted with Urban Paws' performance.

Urban Paws picked up my new puppy Audrey from the airport. They responded quickly to my e-mails, it was easy to organize her collection with them and they even called me as soon as they had collected her so I wasn't worried. Roger and Melinda brought her to my home safely and I know her journey to us was as comfortable as possible because she was very calm and happy when she arrived and they are very nice friendly people. Very affordable rates - it cost $50, I requested quotes from other pet taxis, they replied very very slowly, weren't nearly as helpful or professional and had quoted me more than her flight even cost.. So I was very satisfied with chosing Urban Paws to welcome Audrey to Melbourne and I would recommend their pet taxi service to anyone.
