Urban Property Inspections

Before my partner and I made an offer on a house, we decided to get a building and pest inspection done. Alex was extremely professional and friendly. He was extremely experienced and so very thorough. He checked every nook and cranny in the house and explained every little fault to me, including the best ways to get the problems fixed. He came with the pest inspection officer and he too was very helpful in explaining the situation to me. Alex gave me a good price for the two services combined.
