quality is excellent service, value were only average overall experience is only average wouldnt recommend to anyone

very difficult ordering system, perhaps they should just learn english rather than the complex multi-number ordering cards, tasted great though.

i love their bubble tea! i just can't get enough of it. But their sago can be a little inconsistent, with some days being hard and gross to eat. otherwise, their tea selection is great!

i could just about drink this everyday if i could. utopia uses real ingredients where as all other bubble tea places uses syrup which doesnt taste as great as the real deal with real flavour..

I love bubble tea so much! Utopia has the best bubble tea ever in Australia! My favourite is winter love milk tea. The tea was a mix blend with some 'secret' flower. It taste exotic and amazing!

I am addicted to Utopia bubble tea. I buy it almost every day because it is just so delicious. There are lots of flavours to choose from. However, the staff are rude and sometimes you get ripped off because they forget to put double sago or sago and jelly if you order more than one filling.

If you haven't tried Bubble Tea you should! Its and unique Asian cold milk tea and jelly concoction! Its delicious and refreshing. With an array of flavors you couldn't imagine. You cant get this unique tasting flavor in any other drink. I just wonder how they make it? Although, getting confused with strange names like 'summer love' is a common occurrence, sometimes leaving you caught with a really nasty & strange tasting drink, it leaves you wondering 'what the heck is this?'. My advice; ask people who have tried it what is good, and stay with the ones you like. Adding Jelly makes it more fun and tasty to drink. Utopia is a great place to just chill and try an interesting delicious beverage. If your looking for a unique, fun & cost effective thing to do, this is a sure winner.
