Online purchase of $400, never received - likely never sent. Extremely poor communication, no response to messages and no follow through. No refund received. Avoid online purchase with this business

Simply trying to book in a service has been riduculous. Calling lead to all sorts of promises yes yes they wanted my custom, then requested i...email them. No attempts to take my details or make a booking, just email. An email - and follow up nearly a week later - that have never received a single response from the company. Reading others experience, i feel i dodged a bullet.

This mob is hopeless, ordered a vacuum on line, charged straight up, said it was shipped but no tracking number, After 3 weeks was told it was released from warehouse to Australia post but was not scanned and cannot be tracked. They are hopeful of delivery, I don't think they have the stock but wont admit it. Offered refund and if it turns up will reinvoice me.

This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The way they spoke to me was terrible. I will NEVER go to any vac city again.

informed the sales man what i required, he sold me a vacuum which broke within 10 min of using it, they put the blame on me when obviously it was a vacuum for my needs, trying to have it fixed/replaced has been an ongoing nightmare - rude customer service that talk over you and try to sell you another vacuum double the price, if they had of sold me the appropriate vacuum in the first place none of this crap i'm going through would have happened... i do not recommend this store at all

I went to get some information on vacum cleaner and this guy sold me a vaccume cleaner saying this is one of the best and I got tempted to buy it and bought it. Horrible mistake. Spent $500 and the vacuum cleaner stopped working in 3 weeks. These guys are horrible still hasn't fixed it after saying that will be fixed in few days asap and will call you. DO NOT BUY from them as they are most unprofessional in the whole area.
