They wasted no time in mailing my filter kit. When there was a small issue with one of the filters, I emailed them and received an immediate reply telling me a replacement was on its way. Great to be able to find the product I need for my vac without having to find a service repair-person & pay a premium!

Well done......I ordered a M044 replacement motor for our Dyson and it was shipped and arrived promptly. And along with your easy to follow Youtube videos job was done without hassle. I found cheaper Australian websites, but with your service and tutorials online, I will be recommending you to my friends.
