I recently had my phone screen and battery fixed by Valcom Australia and I couldn’t be happier! Not only was the customer service amazing but the waiting time was so much shorter than other repair shops. Would definitely recommend them to everyone!

Got my phone screen fixed here and I was so happy with the service and the quality of the job done was excellent! I definitely recommend these guys. The lady at the counter was kind and very bubbly. My partner and I have been going to these guys for years for various different serves and we've never had any issues what so ever. Job well done!!!!!!!!

GARBAGE!!! BUYERS BEWARE! I came here with a cracked screen and all seemed well, I paid and got my phone with a new screen and new “glass protector”. I then walked to my car on the other side of the centre only to see 3 other screen repair centres charging $40 less than what I paid. Whatever, I’m going on holiday tomorrow, I had a new screen, this place is probably more trustworthy than the others. I’ll pay for that. A week goes by and while lying in bed on my phone I get a pain in my eye, turns out the screen cracked while I was scrolling through my socials and ended up in my eye. I get back from holidays 2 weeks later and go back to redeem my “warranty” and I guess the blokes behind the counter judged my on my hi vis workwear tell me “you’re too rough with it” and then proceeded to give me a physics lesson like i was dumb and I hadn’t passed year 7 science let alone year 12 physics, not the point. I just wanted a replacement and a warranty that actually guarantees a sturdy phone screen and correct working procedures, not excuses. I will never go back here and I really do hope you guys go bust. Thanks for nothing you pathetic muppets

I went here to replace my screen as I had cracked it, and was told I might need to replace my battery if it were not in good condition. This was fine, however I was charged for a battery replacement and my battery was not replaced. When I went back to ask about this and get a refund for my battery staff were extrememely rude and refused to admit to not changing my battery. I would not recommend ever going here.

I found the staff to be extremely helpful and friendly i took my phone there after endless attempts at trying to resolve the issue myself i took it to another phone repair shop at epping and i was told that the phone could not be fixed and they wouldn't even take a look at it or even try to attempt to resolve the problem. The people at valcom looked at my phone then and there and was fixed within 10 minutes and didn't cost me a thing they generously fixed the fault on the spot as it didn't require any parts replaced only a few minutes of the technicians time to look and repair the fault i wasn't charged a cent. I highly recommend this business to anyone they are extremely friendly and professional.

I love this place! Such amazing and understanding staff at Valcom. I had my phone fixed at another repair store in Epping plaza BIG MISTAKE !! Horrible quality parts and workmanship they couldn't even put ALL the screws back into my phone -.- my phone was getting extremely hot and turning itself on and off etc. Valcom took the time to look at my phone and tell me exactly what was wrong with it (thanks to the other joint) now it's all fixed and I haven't had a problem with it since these awesome guys fixed it for me ! Definitely a loyal returning customer at Valcom Australia! Thanks heaps :D

Would not ever recommend. Used service for convenience. Overly priced, overly POOR quality... Avoid!!!. Dropped Iphone with original screen, atleast 100 times before a cracked screen occurred Repaired here, purely for convenience, dropped first time, after 4 days, NOT on hard surface, at a LOW height, instant cracked/smashed screen.. Poor quality, no warranty...

Recently i had the misfortune of dropping my mobile phone and having it not working, so i rang up this company and told them my issues. The lovely lady i spoke to said it must be the screen is cracked (after i have given a brief description of what my phone was doing)

so i went over to the shop and left my phone for repair. i chose to collect it the next day otherwise it would have been ready in 1 hour

i was really relieved and pleased to get such good assistance from the time of my phone call and having my mobile fixed to be good as new!

it was not cheap $180 to be exact but prices will vary of course depending on your phone brand/model and issues with it.

hopefully i will not need them again ... in that my mobile will be in good working order!
