This was truly the best hair experience i have ever had! The colour was amazing, the service right down to the coffee was superb! You feel like a movie star from beginning to end...

I was recommended to try them after my sister had a great experience with them. When I arrived they had double-booked my time slot so I had to wait about half an hour. The girl who cut my hair was great and did a lovely job. Very noisy place and I was surprised by the price they charged. The staff were all very young and stylish and I felt totally out of place!

Literally walked in after arriving in Melbourne from a 14 hour flight, and couldn't have asked for a more professional service and treatment from staff. The manager was first to greet me politely, and after ensuring him that it wouldn't be a problem if I had to come back later in the afternoon to fit me in for a blowave – no, he insisted I ‘wait one moment' where he arranged for one of his younger staff members to cut into his lunch break and serve me. And what service it was! My little purple headed friend was fantastic – a true stylist in the making and oh so young – I don't think my hair has ever felt more fabulous. 1 week later and I insisted on the same staff member and same treatment.

Give Valerio, Doncaster a go – the place is new, but give it a few months for Doncaster to open all its new stores and I guarantee the wait list will be at least 2 weeks for service

i went to Valerio for a trim, ended up coming out with a female mohawk,short up on top and long everywhere else. i told the hairdresser i wanted volume up top because my hair is thin and doesnt stay up well when it is long.she started cutting away and i noticed it was short and i didnt say anything because stupidly i trusted her. then i told her it was short and she said, yes it is a little short isn't it. so i just let her finish and knew my hair would grow back, but never again would i go there.
