I regularly shop at this shopping centre, but it was 1st time for me to have a hair cut at Vanity. After a bad perm experience followed by my own haircutting, Karen did an excellent job. Next day at work was a success, everyone loved it and I am very happy to know that I can again wear my hair curly or straight. I'll be back.

There are some hairdressers here that I like, but on the whole since the last two experiences i won't be going back. They are quite expensive, and try to force you to have a treatment for your hair even if you don't need it. Also, my last colour wasn't done evenly, and my last cut was terrible.
y mother lives in the area and I decided to visit this salon, lady washed my hair highlighted, blow wave made me feel special, as they say mother know best, my sister and I are clients.

I saw the salon name come up & I had a terrible experience at this salon. I had long hair and wanted layers cut into it, had a picture of the style and the girl laughed at me. I should have walked out then. But I sat in the chair & she cut my hair to the point it looked like a mullet. The sides were short & the back much longer. Nothing like the picture at all. I hated it & went to another salon where I had to have extensions put in to look half decent. I will never visit that salon again. That was about 2 and a half years ago.
