Very good communication, quick to reply and address any queries we had. The honeycomb blinds arrived pretty quickly and they are easy to install. Only thing would be if you have a metal frame you do need to buy your own screws. We got the measure insurance and highly recommend it as we did have issues with some of our blinds, which were our mistake but Veneta Blinds were quick to help us and send replacements. Highly recommend them.
