I've been going to Versace nails for 3 years now.I also tried to do my nails at some other place in Balmain but i prefer to come back to this salon. They take very good care of the nails and are very friendly and i always get good results . I visited there last Sunday, the shop had just gone a renovation and it looks new , I put on a new color recommended by the staffthat just came out, absolutely loved it! I did my first eyelash extension my boyfriend said i looked very pretty with it on i might do it as a regular thing now. Who knows maybe when summer comes i will try a spray tan there too. Highly recommended

I'm a regular customer over 2 years, they are doing well with shellac gel nail which good quality polish and can be kept 3 weeks non-chip. Moreover, the staff work as team that are so friendly and take care of all customers carefully. I strongly suggest you try once if you have not been there yet.

I was staying with a friend in the area so popped into Versace Nails to have a Shellac manicure. I was so impressed with the staff, they were really friendly and lovely and made me feel very welcome. The service was amazing and I was very happy with the manicure. A lovely personable bunch of people at this place - highly recommend.

During my first experience with Versace Nails in Balmain, I had walked into the salon and asked the price of a pedicure to which I was told $25. Upon completion of the service i handed over my credit card only to find they had charged me $30 instead of $25 I was quoted when I walked in. I was advised that this was because I was paying 'on card' (more like because they would have to declare the transaction to the ATO!!). My second visit in December 2012, I went with a friend, we were left waiting while other people who came in after us got served first. The staff were rough, rude and there was a general lack of communication. The lady next to me was even doing her own manicure! Although I had explained to the staff that my feet and legs needed to be moved slowly due to recent spinal surgery, the staff were less than compassionate and continued to be rough with me where I needed to be more abrupt with them. The finished result is nice but service is terrible so would not go back again nor recommend.

Service is not great, I had a full set of acylics applied which were ok, I went back for infills and staff didnt remove all of the polish (black) before applying infill - It looked like I had black stains under my nails which I couldnt remove as staff had painted over it in a lighter colour. For such a compettive business in the local area they really need to lift their game or lower their prices.
