Great photo shoot. That is it. It was a birthday present from my wife. We wanted to nice family photos for the home. She told them to keep it a surprise. They constantly emailed me to make an appointment for the shoot, totally spoiling any element of surprise. Then after the shoot, get ready for the pressure sell. Fake discounts etc. though they acknowledged it was my birthday present they pressure sold to my wife because they couldn’t possibly wait until I got back from getting kids an ice cream. These people are vindictive. Their non transparent sale pricing means they build up emotional attachment and then hit you hard so they can get some commission. Ridiculous and horrible experience. So Verve, thanks for spoiling my kids ice cream night, and also my birthday present surprise, pressure selling to my wife, (which I will be reporting to the accc) and generally being the most awful experience I have had for a loooong time!

This place is a big rip-off!!! They charge $350 per digital copy which most others give for free! Also they reduce the resolution you can’t print it out yourself! Quality of photos are awful and very basic retouch ONLY! They chop people’s body in half which is so unprofessional! After sale service is poor, they [ removed name] just ignore us and never responded our emails! NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!!

Our photo session with Cino involved three generations of family members. Cino made a truly memorable experience for us all for the duration of the shoot. In addition to he’s professionalism and fantastic sense of humour, he is amazingly talented and is very passionate about his work as well as his clients experience. I had an impeccable experience shooting with Cino at the Surrey Hills studio. I was amazed by his creativity and passion and felt like a 'natural' superstar for 1.5 hrs. He tailored the photo shoot to my style and took the time to understand my personality and hobbies to ensure all images could reflect this. This is very commendable and definitely lives up to a photographer's mantra: A picture says 1000 words. Cino is a valuable asset to Verve and would highly recommend him to prospective clients!!

The experience we had with Verve was great! Our photographer, Cino, was truly wonderful. We were a little nervous at first but Cino was warm, professional, funny, creative and very talented. Going in, Cino had a vision to capture our family as a unit, when I saw the results I could see exactly what he meant by that- it made me quite emotional! He captured it beautifully. My husband and I had a photoshoot last April 2018 at Surrey Hills and had no idea what to expect. I have to say, the experience absolutely took us by surprise! I cannot describe in words how personal and special it was for the two of us. Our photographer Lawrence is so Incredibly talented. He has created artworks which we absolutely love, they bring me home every time I see them, and we still get comments today at how beautiful they are. Thank you so much to Lawrence and Verve for creating these lifetime pieces of art that captured a moment in time for us!

Great experience! We loved Turkish man , Gino . he completely exceeded our expectations and we couldn’t be happier with the photos! he explained his working steps clearly and this helped a lot with managing a 2 weeks old baby! I strongly recommend him and Verve Surrey Crew and we will definitely go back to his studio for our son’s 6 month and 12 month photos!

The only reason why I would recommend Verve would be because of this man, Cihan (Cino). What a photographer and amazing talent. Extremely passionate about his work. First time I have come across a professional photographer who is so switched-on during the session, creative in his ways and communicates his ideas for the shots so clearly. You can literally see his mind racing throughout the session, talking through the ideas as they evolve in his head while at the same time managing angles, light, camera controls and 10 other things with a smile. Truely a great experience during the shoot for our entire family but the actual realisation of his talent dawns only a week later when you get to see his work in the snaps he had clicked. You rock Cihan, you will go places in life!!!

Over priced. I got 1 free photo and paid for 4 ridiculous. I couldn't even choose the photos I wanted as they apparently didn't match. The lady presenting the photos really needs a job change. I pressure to buy. Do yourself a favor and save your money. The photos are great but I regret spending over $1000 on 4 photos that aren't of your choice.

We were introduced to Verve Portraits from the One fine baby show earlier this year. We were glad that we have decided to take our baby girl to take some new born family photos. Cino was an excellent photographer and he was able to capture many emotions of our precious child. We loved the whole experience and we can't wait to display these beautiful photos in our home!

I was lucky enough to obtain a gift family photo with Verve Portraits from Fraser Motorcycles (Ducati Melbourne) after purchasing the brand new Ducati Supersports S.
Our assigned photographer was Cino. Well what a fabulous character he is. Full of energy and charisma, it was not long before my family were excited to proceed with the session. I must say the whole session was joyous, at ease and laughter throughout the entire shoot.
Cino has a knack of obtaining inspirations on the go which not only included family portraits of different styles and expression but also my son’s sport of springboard diving. The piece de resistance was when Cino allowed me to roll my Ducati into his studio and start his artistic pursuit.
Our first viewing of the photos were amazing, with the whole family indicating many favourites and found it very difficult to choose. Thank you Cino and the rest of the staff at Verve Portraits for making this experience a warm, welcoming and delightful. I will recommend you to all my friends.

With 3 young children, 2 tired adults and a dog we were a handful for any studio. But not for Verve staff. They were welcoming, friendly and nurturing. They made us feel relaxed and special before our photo shoot even began. Our photographer, Mitch, was fantastic. He listened to what were wanted and made it all happen in a playful magical way. The photos are testament to the great fun we all had during the shoot. Our design consultant, Ben, continued the great experience. He allowed us the time we needed to enjoy the photos, before assisting us with great design advice to make our selections. He was mindful of our budget and helped us achieve a great selection of photos. I would recommend Verve Claremont as an awesome family experience. My kids have already asked to do it all again!

Seyhan our photographer was amazing. Our photos truly capture our family and are all very natural. Seyhan was very warm and made the afternoon a lot of fun. Oir viewing blew our minds, the photos are amazing. Thank you Seyhan for a fabulous day, we'll definitely be back.

Cino made us feel at ease and guided us through the photo shoot effortlessly. He was obviously experienced in portrait photography as the poses he put us into and the camera and light angles were all well thought out. The photos were breathtaking and also natural. Anna our design consultant took us through the selection process and helped us with our final selections.

We had such a great time at our family shoot, Luca was so amazing with the kids, they had a ball.
Our review session with the lovely Estelle who was a delight in helping us to choose from the sensational images that Luca captured on the day that would work with our existing Art Work Collection. We will cherish these images forever. Highly recommend this studio.

Neither myself nor Bruce or Eva ever had professional photographs taken. Jaydon did a fantastic job in explaining the entire process. He very effectively handled Bruce and Eva, so that they would get into the right mood and the shots came out brilliant. Jaydon handled the entire photo shoot session in a very professional and pleasant manner. We felt completely at ease and understood what we were doing. I was especially a bit apprehensive, as I am not a person who likes to take selfies. However, looking at the end result, it was all worth it.
