Just called to ask for an obscure DVD. Not only did they have it but were incredibly helpful and knowledgable. I`m sold and we need to support stores like this to be able to access titles that are not available on line.

Although I have other dvd movies stores closer to my home I prefer to go out of my way to Video Zone as the variety of films is that much greater than anywhere else. The staff are great and their rental specials are great value as well. I reccommend anybody go and check it out as they are more likely to find what they are looking for there than the more conventional stores.

This would have to be one of the best little dvd rental places around.. A very good selection of movies and the staff are very friendly and helpful. When you are in the mood for something different and dont want to watch one of the big blockbusters, I always find them very knowledgeable and never to busy to stop and recommend something for you.

A terrible place. We were 1 day late with a "bonus disc" ( we had already returned the feature film the previous day, and did not realise that the bonus disc had been taken out ) And were hit with a fine from their solicitors for $86, I tried to discuss this with the store, and was told rudely and abruptly that they could not do anything about it. So, I would suggest people do not go there, unless you want to be treated like a second rate citizen.
