Gotta say this one was nice!

It does certainly look inviting on the outside. Not sure what to expect when you read the name. Is it French? But no, it's good ole Vietnamese food

I have been here a few times. The setting and furniture quite top, from the outside looking in you'd think it's fine dining prices, but most of the things on the menu are reasonably priced and it is nice to go somewhere that still has real tableclothes and nice chairs. Quite a lot on the menu, featuring traditional and modern Vietnamese dishes. Last time I went I had the chicken in creamed coconut was delicious and my partner was impressed with the generous servings of seafood in the hotpot.

Went with a group of school mums, was the first time I have been there. Four of us got a banquet which had a variety of food. Loved the flavours, enjoyed the soup and my favourite was the salt and pepper squid. Price was was good for what we received. Nice decour.Food was brought out fast and empty plates where taken almost immediately. Am going again at the end of the month.

A great night completely destroyed by the 'no split bill' argument which ended it. They wanted to charge 2% PER CARD (all Visa) which would have added 10% to the total bill! HATE this policy. Since when has paying by credit card become basically unacceptable? We will never again patronise this or any other establishment which will not allow their customers to pay as they choose.
