Pretty good movie although the plot was boring. lucky i had some snacks i snuck in and no paying that over priced stuff

Way overpriced. Ordered the fish and chips at a cost of $18 you should definitely get more. 4 small pieces of fish and some chips. Better off going to the local fish and chippery. The seats had either salt of sugar on them and I had to brush it off before I sat down. The arm-rest pockets had some chip wrappers in them and had a strong smell of salt and vinegar so i closed it quite quickly. The seats do recline, but for $39.50 per ticket the seats should be clean and empty. The table in the middle is too small if two people want something to eat and drink.

I would avoid. Unless you got your Gold Class tickets for the price of regular tickets stay away. Food is all microwaved or fried, not restaurant quality as advertised. Service is below average and when it's busy forget it. Staff will be struggling to keep up with the orders because they are always understaffed.

I love Gold Class but when I went to the ones at Southland I was very disappointed. You pay extra for the service I presume. Well mine was pretty darn average at best. The thing that made me rate this low was that the bathrooms were filthy! No toilet paper or hand towels as that was strewn on the floor. Aghast I took pics to send the manager but they didn't care. Food (burgers) were stale to us. Never again. I don't like any service where I pay top dollar and get below average. I gave them a chance to fix it but nup...they don't give a rats about their customers.

If you have never experienced Gold Class it is definitely worth paying the extra money for the experience, just be careful not to fall asleep in the super comfortable chairs.

The food quality is really good and priced well. The service is quick and friednly, loved having servcie in the cinema. Everything was clean. I think the cinema is overpriced for just extra leg room and nicer chairs.

Very nice experience and the food was tasty. The cashiers were friendly and the customer service was good. We watched a good movie too, called The Proposal.

This is a nice thing to treat yourself too, we love taking time out to see a good movie at Gold Class....the staff are young yet helpful and the food is great for movie food......cake and coffee always looks nice........

Although so gosh darn expensive, Gold Class at Southland is a great treat! From when you book to the moment you enter the Gold Class area you're taken care of with food and drinks and escorted to your seats. The new motorised chairs and call buttons just add extra luxury to the experience. The food is pleasant though not outstanding and the menu points out gluten free options which is great! The staff were very friendly.
