Went to see Elvis in Gold class today. Very disappointed to be ushered in after the movie had well and truly started, especially given we had been sitting for 25 minutes waiting to get go ahead to go in. So missed the start of a movie I had been hanging out to see. Bummer big time!

first time I have been to Gold Class at Karingal it was an awesome exsperience..we were ushered to a waiting area and asked if we wanted drinks and if we wished to order for when movie was on, the same person then took us in and sat us at our comfy lay back seats..the popcorn and drinks ordered arrived about 10 minutes into movie would definately go Gold Class again. Have been to their normal cinemas before in karingal and good exsperience there too. price is $30 per person

Approximate cost: $30

Went to gold class 3D on New Year's Day. The attendant ushered us into the foyer, gave us menus then we were ignored. Ample staff around but service was not good, we finally had to seek a staff member out to take our order which we requested for at the start of the movie. Forty minutes into the movie we were given our meals, we had to ask for napkins as none were supplied. They also got the order wrong. If you pay that sort of money for gold class you expect the service to be good. Have been to other gold class venues without any problems however will not go to Karingal again.

Approximate cost: $160.00

Great to have a variety of cinemas options so close to home. Clean cinemas, free parking next to the complex, Gold Class and a variety of restaurants right next door for before/after movie dining. Generally find tickets cheaper than other cinemas, esp if you are a VMC member. Staff are friendly and helpful.Would be good to have some of the more popular Europa films shown too (currently not avail). Also, seats are numbered, so would be good if all patrons observed this, and sat in correct seats.

A great place to take the family, especially on $5 movie day. Staff are friendly and helpful. It is also a very clean cinema. My daughter loves the $5 drink and popcorn!

Clean cinemas with great 5 dollar kids movies which are great for the family. You can always get a park and we haven't waited long to buy tickets before.

A great "newer" looking cinema. I like that it has a giant free car park just out the front. They play a great selection of the newest films and even have a gold class

The cinema at Karingal have always been clean when i have attended. The seats are comfortable, the candy bar is well stocked, overall one of my preferred cinemas in this area.

Love coming to village cinemas Karingal, parking is fanatastic you can always park just out the front, I also find movie tickets to be a lower price than other village cinemas, Vmax and gold class are both at Karingal, Clean and fresh looking.

This place is quite a good cinema. The snacks are pricey which is no big shock. The cinema was clean and kept maintained. Over all a good place to go to for a movie.

a fairly standard cinema experience. food is of course over priced, but there is a wide selection and the facilities are well maintained. they also have video games for the kids to pass time on

Even though it was frantic over the school holidays it was not stressful getting our tickets and seeing the movie. Staff were pleasant and processed everyone in a timely manner.

I like the modern cleanliness of this complex and the bubbly ticket sellers sparse as they sometimes seem to be at peak periods
Vmax and Gold Class arent the cheapest but are excellent viewing options

Approximate cost: $14
