Went to gold class 3D on New Year's Day. The attendant ushered us into the foyer, gave us menus then we were ignored. Ample staff around but service was not good, we finally had to seek a staff member out to take our order which we requested for at the start of the movie. Forty minutes into the movie we were given our meals, we had to ask for napkins as none were supplied. They also got the order wrong. If you pay that sort of money for gold class you expect the service to be good. Have been to other gold class venues without any problems however will not go to Karingal again.

Dined here on Wednesday Jan 18 at 7pm. A young girl started to take our order then just left the counter no explanation or apology offered, the order was taken over by a young man The chicken burger tasted a little strange and bitter. I took the chicken fillet off the bun and was horrified with the smell, it was definitely off. I discreetly pointed it out to one of the very young staff, as I was concerned someone could fall ill if they ate the chicken. She assured me the message would be passed on. No apology was offered, in hindsight we should have insisted on speaking to the manager, but we just wanted to leave. This was a very unpleasant experience and will never return.

We heard about this on the radio and were not dissappointed. It is run by two ladies. The service is attentive the food is some of the best around. There were 6 of us and had a mixture of entrees each dish had it's own flavor, the attention to detail of all the dishes was amazing. Not a cheap dining experience but if you a foodie this is the place to be. We travelled from Dandenong and have no hesitation in going back. The desserts are a treat on their own and all serves we're generous. Wine list will suit all budgets.

Dined here a few times now and the food and service has always been excellent. The decor is pleasant the food arrives steaming hot and always hits the spot.

This is one of the best Italian restaurants we have been to. Being Italian, we are very fussy about Italian restaurants, but would be proud to take anyone here. The service from Adrian, Frank, Elvis and the rest of the staff is second to none. Menu changes regularly. They use the freshest ingredients and breakfast is just as good as dinner. They make their own sausages and use lots of fresh herbs. Pasta is home made, but you need to book in advance. They also give you a call to confirm your booking. Been there at least a dozen times and will keep going back.
