We had a great time but had to wait in line a long time for tickets due to lack of staff. It's not easy to find parking here. But otherwise its a great cinema experience.

I've found this to be the case at Glen Waverley and Doncaster too

Went to Gold Class at this theatre and was disappointed when the waiter rattled off a long list of food they had run out of. Considering the movie at the time was incredibly popular I would have thought better management of the kitchen. When we complained to theatre management they told us they only place orders for the Gold class every couple of days and offered us a free round of drinks next time. For the dollar value we paid for these Gold Class tickets a Gold Class experience was an expectation. Maybe theatre management could consider a alternative offer at the time not at the point of a complaint being made - thanks

I recently moved from Qld where I would go to an ex Imax theatre to a giant screen, with cheap as popcorn and drinks cooked super fresh for only $6 per ticket. I was shocked at the prices here. But not only the price, the cinema screen was quite small and having to pick your seat in advance sucks. It ruins the entire lining up early experience of going to the movies. They do have a god choice of movies here with a good choice of screenings but it is just way too expensive. The food prices are just insane and the popcorn tasted like it had been cooked hours before. I ended up returning it twice and gave up. It's a real pity as the cinema has been empty every time. You never saw am empty theatre at Cineplex in Brisbane. They we're packed to capacity for every session. I never bothered to purchase food outside of the venue as it was so reasonably priced and the venue and location was beautiful.

Approximate cost: $18

Lack of staff at the Cinema reception, meant my partner and waiting for 40 minutes before we got to the register (we did arrive 15 minutes prior to the movie starting on a Saturday afternoon) We missed the movie we originally went to see and viewed another. Disappointing that there were so little staff (3 girls) and 6 registers in total. The reason was because staff were off sick, so clearly not enough on their books for back-up. Lift your game Village Knox there were many who walked out in disgust for the waiting time involved.
