After reading the reviews, took my 2004 Mazda 2 for 150k Service, 4 new tyres, balance & wheel alignment. George quoted over the phone & pleasantly surprised that it was $175 cheaper.
Car was vacuumed, nice little surprise bag with tissues & pen on my front seat. Excellent customer service, receiving a text to advise car was ready & everything explained when I went to pick up. Will return and let others know about George & his business. Thank you!

Arriving in tranquil Bright, with its magnificent tree lined streets, we entered the driveway of Silver Birches.
Eight 2 bedroom units, with owners on site who were friendly and amicable. The Units (we had number 8) beautifully presented and maintained. No expense spared to decorate the rooms, the beautiful bedding, king size bed in one room, queen size in the other and a modern bathroom awaited us. Foxtel available also. Split air conditioning system. Leather couches, pristine kitchen, laundry and lounge room. Fully contained, beautiful decor. Washing line, manicured gardens, with lovely plants and not one weed to be seen and a small electric BBQ in the backyard. Gardens surrounding the village are of excellent standard too, swimming pool, Central BBQ and entertaining area for use. Car port.
This is a pretty spot to stay when you visit Bright. Peaceful, serene, with a mountain in view. The owners are proud of there property and work hard to keep it immaculate. Thirty to forty minute drive to wineries, a ghost tour of the Beechworth Aslyum (which we did last night) was a very interesting experience. If you haven't been to Bright and want to chill out amongst nature, then I truly recommend Silver Birches for your stay..walk in, unpack, relax and just enjoy!

Cold night, entered into a cold restaurant. Staff perhaps saw me pulling my coat around me, the heating was increased.
Ordered tandoori prawns, a chicken dish, a lamb dish, rice and garlic naan. Two Indian waitresses, neither smiled the entire evening. We received the Tandoori prawns first, my experience with tandoori is that they are cooked in a Tandoor oven (presented red). These were white with a very hot sauce. The lamb was lacking taste, the chicken was over cooked and extremely dry and the naan was crunchy, also over cooked.
I went up to pay, was asked if everything was ok. I mentioned the prawns, the reply was "That's how we do them", I mentioned the chicken and the naan bread. She went away, came back and advised we didn't have to pay for the chicken, as they knew it was dry. I said I'm not telling you to obtain a discount. As it took my receipt, I said "One more thing that's needed". She looked puzzled. I pointed to my mouth saying politely "A smile wouldn't go astray and some customer interaction". She didn't smile. Just nodded. Voting with our feet, sadly we shall not return.

Klean King are a small shop located in a factory area off Westall Rd ( near the Springvale Home Centre) prices very reasonable and quite a few specials. purchased a steam mop from them, today needed a new head for my vacuum cleaner. also had trouble with the hose coming away on this vacuum, which I didn't purchase from them, however they fixed for me. Company has been operating for 2 years. Definitely worth a visit.

My daughter gave me a voucher, which I used to have an Indian head massage. Carly was absolutely brilliant. entering a darkened warm room, lit with candles and soft music playing I lay on the bed. My face, forehead, neck, throat, ears, head, décolletage, tops of arms and shoulders were then gently massaged. A hot towel at the end to complete the peaceful and relaxing experience. Hopefully I will go again to have some 'me time' but be sure to check this place out. Staff friendly at reception and knowledgable. I was very impressed and totally loved my experience.

I phoned Nem Ivancevic the Manager of Bees Knees Skips last Thursday and the skip was promptly delivered the following morning. We were doing house renovations and when Nem arrived to cart the skip away, he let us still empty more rubbish into it.
He was $19.00 dearer than other places I contacted, but he was honest enough to mention about the weight load, that if over (after you have been quoted) to be careful that you may get charged more money when they arrive at the land fill site.

For this reason, his honesty and his friendliness towards us, we gave him the job and couldn't have been happier.

Rule of thumb - don't always go with the cheapest quote as it could back fire on you. Thanks Nem- appreciated.

This review is for Sheen Panel Service, Ferntree Gully VIC

I unfortunately cannot write badly enough about our dealings with this long standing firm. This is quite an epic tale I'm sad to say, but one if you can read through you may find interesting. My daughter was involved in a car accident (not her fault) she was booked in through her Insurance for it to be repaired. The day prior to her booking, her boyfriend was involved in a car accident and Sheens promptly arrived to tow his vehicle. We have found out that only Nationwide Towing are allowed to tow vehicles on Melbourne roadways. The driver persuaded my daughter to get her car fixed with them, saying they would look after her and give her a hire-car (which the other repairers could not do) He was quite adamant that she would be well looked after. She was given a hire car whilst hers was repaired(a new bumper bar)& while driving that she accidentally dinted the back of it. She took it to 2 other panel beaters for a quote, they said it would be a 5 minute job. She had signed a Lean to pay an excess of $1500 with Sheen, however on Lean, it stated if the damage was less (on the hire car then she would pay less). Her car was fixed, we disputed the cost of the hire car repair, so they held hers to ransom. In this time however they repaired the hire car themselves as I had told them I wanted independent assessors to see what the cost would be. Their answer was no one is coming on our property, we don't allow that. Conveniently too they own/manage their own Insurance Co. They held her car for 3 weeks in total. We seeked legal advice - these were two different matters - her car repair and the Lean. We were told even by the Police they could not keep hold of it. They would not budge, they were rude and over bearing and showed no concern for my daughter not being able to get to work. Finally they relented after we advised we would take the matter further and settled on $750.00 for the excess.
This is a true reflection of the incident that occurred. These people are nothing but scammers and rogues and should be put out of business. Do not take your car there.

Entree of Saganaki was so disappointing. It was like leather. The perfect saganaki should be almost wafer thin, floppy in consistency and oily. Ours came out dry, cut too thick and rubbery. We mentioned it to the waitress but nothing else eventuated. The Wood Fire Pizza for a main at $20 was very scant with topping. The service was a bit slow and the restaurant (in fine print) doesn't split bills, which if you come out for an evening armed only with a plastic card - makes life difficult. There is no drama to split a bill..it is only an annoyance to the customer. Due to this, this was our first and last visit to this Restaurant.

Food was very tasty. Service was very prompt once we started ordering. 4 of us 4 entrees and 3 mains and rice- approx $50 per head. Waiters- no connection with patrons, no smiles, no conversation at all. Freezing cold night and heating barely on. Most diners eating with their bulky winter coats on. Management obviously oblivious to the needs of their customers. Overall unless the heating is on and the staff have some interaction with diners - I wouldn't return sadly.
