I always enjoy going to the movies. Never had a problems or complaints and Since they have redone the cinema it has inproved so much more. Friendly and fast staff... Very clean and better seating.

Watched 09:15 movie on screen 3 on 22-dec. [Redacted inflammatory comment] horrifying experience. air con was not working and it too hot inside and soffocating . I went with two kids and both the kids were cursing me and didnt let us watch the movie. Usually they sleep in theatres .

We go to Village Cinema regularly, usually with the Telstra discount tickets. It's always a bit too chilly, so take a jumper with you! They could really use a carpet cleaning service, and occasionally they have trouble with equipment. We once had to wait 45 minutes for a childrens movie with 2 cranky kids who aren't very good at waiting. They did give everyone free replacement tickets to make up for the wait though. Also, there was rap music with graphic language playing during the 45 minute wait for a kids movie. I did speak to management about that too, hopefully they changed the playlist. Don't need me 4 year old learning off-limit words at a kids movie! We go because it's local, but they really need an overhaul. Some cleaning and new equipment would do wonders for business.

My son and I had a great reception from the Manager (lady) one of the three if I'm not mistaken, on the 11th May 2013.
We saw the staff cleaning number 4 cinema, so they must be

The staff is good, but the theatre is dreadful. They need to improve on the cleanliness of the facility. They should clean the seperate movie settings before each movie starts. The last time I was there it looked as if it had not been cleaned in days.
