I would actually give this business a zero if possible. I called to book an appointment and was VERY SPECIFIC over the phone about what I needed. A full autism language assessment including pragmatics. Miracle of miracles, they had an opening for the next day! I have wasted an hour and a half of my day, plus petrol, plus the stress of dragging 2 boys out of the house who did not want to go, only to be met with unpleasant excuses. There was obviously a miscommunication between the person who took my booking and the person we had an appointment with. On top of that, she wasn't very nice. For someone who specialises in autism, doesn't seem very professional to scold a child with autism for not sitting still and "behaving". So he didn't get seen and didn't get the assessment we needed by tomorrow. All in all, utterly miserable experience and would not recommend this facility to anyone.

We've been here 3 or 4 times, and while I realise it's a popular joint, I am an American who moved to Australia 7 years ago and I find the food substandard. It's not horrible, but certainly not amazing. Onion rings were frozen (diced and breaded onions, not real onion slices that are batter dipped) chili is watery (I'm a southerner who's been making and eating chili my entire life, so I know good chili when I have it!) the food isn't the biggest problem for me. I would keep coming back just for the atmosphere and Dr Pepper, except I find the service very uncomfortable. When staff come sit down in your booth and try to chat with you while you are eating, well... I don't really don't go out to eat to socialize with strangers. This practice makes me very uncomfortable, and that's the main reason we only go once every couple of years. If I was rating on a 10 star scale; I'd give 4/5. But hey, that's just me! :)

I've recently found my new favourite store. I purchased from them online since I'm not in Geelong, but I think they do have a storefront. 5 minutes of browsing their online store and my inner geek was singing! They carry TONS of merchandise from every fandom imaginable. I've placed 2 orders, the items arrive in a couple of days, in perfect condition both times. The 5 dollar flat rate shipping is an AWESOME bonus, and they have a "point system" where you get credit for each purchase that can be redeemed once you have enough. MY NEW FAVOURITE PLACE TO SHOP. I love you, Popcultcha!

The name of this place should really be PLANET AMAZING. The treats they sell are simply divine! Not sure I could give you a favourite, but the peanut butter shake and the mint slice are strong contenders! Fast, friendly service and enough sugar to induce a diabetic coma. Heaven for those with a sweet tooth! You bet I'll be going back again, and AGAIN!

I took my mother in law here as she has a gluten free diet, and this place is AMAZING. Not only do they stock a HUGE variety of items, but the staff are incredibly friendly and I think they even do shipping. FANTASTIC place for people who need gluten free choices! HIGHLY recommend.

This review is for Village Cinemas, Werribee VIC

We go to Village Cinema regularly, usually with the Telstra discount tickets. It's always a bit too chilly, so take a jumper with you! They could really use a carpet cleaning service, and occasionally they have trouble with equipment. We once had to wait 45 minutes for a childrens movie with 2 cranky kids who aren't very good at waiting. They did give everyone free replacement tickets to make up for the wait though. Also, there was rap music with graphic language playing during the 45 minute wait for a kids movie. I did speak to management about that too, hopefully they changed the playlist. Don't need me 4 year old learning off-limit words at a kids movie! We go because it's local, but they really need an overhaul. Some cleaning and new equipment would do wonders for business.

This review is for Aldi, Tarneit VIC

I LOVE Aldi, they have great products at discount prices. I love the import items, but sadly many of the weekly specials only get delivered in limited quantity so if you wait until day 2 of the sale, you may miss out. The store is always clean, but my main issue is that they are always understaffed. Lines are usually 5-6 customers long each, or longer. And there's no way out of the shop except through the checkout, so if you go in for 1 item and they're out of stock, you'll either have to wait in line to leave or try to squeeze past people in line paying for their items. Great store, fantastic items, poor layout and limited stock of weekly specials. I still go here often and would recommend Aldi to anyone!

It's a nice, clean shop. They usually stock what I'm looking for but don't carry a massive range of supplies, most likely due to space. Staff have always been friendly, prices are average for a pet store. If you're looking for discount prices, this may not be the best place to go. But if you need a flashy collar or specialty toys, this place has you covered!

This review is for Fresh Chilli Thai Restaurant, Laverton VIC

This is the ONLY place for Thai take away in the Wyndham area (except their other location in Wyndham Vale, which is equally good) We've been getting Thai take away from here for at least 5 years. The food is ALWAYS hot, fresh and delicious. Best pad thai I've ever had anywhere! Look no further for your next Thai meal. We've NEVER been disappointed.

I wish there were more stars I could give Scienceworks. What a great fun day out for the whole family! Scienceworks is a huge place to learn and play, and no matter how long you stay you won't get to see and do as much as you wanted to! There's also a great outdoor area with playground and picnic table, and gift shop with loads of goodies, and a cafe. The new carnival exhibit is pure GENIUS! We've been going for the last 5 years or so and it's better than ever. If you haven't been to Scienceworks yet, I have one word for you.... GO! It's an awesome place for all ages!
