Some of the organic produce these days appears to be seconds, but is still sold as top quality. Do not expect to get a replacement or refund if the product when you get it home is bad inside. When produce was boxed by staff for a customer and was found defective once unpacked, the owner did not offer a refund.

Maybe the business can't be bothered with notifying their supplier of inferior quality, but would just rather lose customers.

Other similar green-grocers do not display this same mentality. One does not go out of their way to buy product that is "off", and it is not always possible to tell when something is rotten inside until it is cut open.

Premium prices are paid for organic, so I don't know who enjoys having to throw out produce and also money!

I love the range of organic fruit and vegetables available here, but the big thing for me is that I can also get wheat-free products, the sugar that I use, whole grains and other whole foods, biodynamic rice, environmentally friendly cleaning products - it saves me going to the supermarket much at all, and I know all the food is of high quality and from a sustainable source. They also help me carry my bags to the car which is a wonderful help when I have 3 children in tow.

excellent range of organic products. includes fruit and veg. Staff are friendly. Costs are reasonable. Only criticism i have is that you very often get overcharged as prices are not updated on the computer regularly enough - so good place to shop but check your docket.

i needed some organic produce, i Walked past it on the way in and out from a cafe, great people, very friendly and helpful. they have non organic stuff aswell.

Fresh and great range of vegetables and fruit, organic produce, meat, dairy and preserves. The owners know how to make their customers feel at home and special, no request is too complicated and they constantly strive to deliver the best quality food to their clientele.
