Hebah is the best. Go to her for great service. If you have to , come back later if she is busy. Worth the wait. She told me about BYO plan of Virgin Mobile wireless broadband which is the best for me in my situation and which I did not know about even after more than 10 hours of research online.
I wish I had talked to her earlier.

Went into Virgin Mobile to get a new phone. I had already selected their offering as the best for me but now service was the key to make the final decision. And they did deliver. They were helpful, provided good advice, pointed out the various aspects of the service contract (to be honest, the first who did this, most of the other mobile phone stores just skipped over it) and really made me feel as a customer who deserves to be spent time with, even though there was a fair few people waiting (note: this would be the only negative - there are only 2 store attendants and it gets very busy over lunch so you may expect to wait - would advise to drop into their store outside the lunch hour...)
