When no-one else could/would help us buy our first home, Vision Finance were more than happy to help. They found us the money lender that allowed us to get into the property market. The follow up phone calls and genuine enthusiasm shown by their staff toward our well-being has made our dealings with Vision a pleasurable one. I would recommend Vision Finance to anyone who the big banks or mortgage brokers won't help.

Vision finance set up investment loans for us, step by step they made it extremely easy. We were presented with numerous loan proposals including all the options, positives & negatives. All the time consuming homework & hard work done. One only initial face to face meeting explaining fee's, company back ground, being presented with the loan options and an introduction to each and every member of staff and their roles within the company . I knew who to contact within the company depending on the information I required.
We had less than 30 days to contract Vision Finance, set up two loans with two different lending authorities, arrange valuations on two separate properties, liaise with my new solicitor etc. etc. Vision did all the work, kept me posted & settled on time!!!
