I started at Vision Personal Training Brighton in Brighton VIC in November 2012 and never look back since then! With the help My coach and mentor Daniel at Vision PT Brighton I accomplished and competed in my first fitness competition as a Fitness Model Under 30 yr old at the ANB Victoria, not only have Vision has change my body, but my mindset and my wellbeing. I can't recommend Vision enough to anyone who is looking to change their body, lifestyle and well being.

Vision is a one of a kind studio. The people and the culture is second to none. YOu will not find a studio in the area where you feel so comfortable, and not only that they will get you results. I have been going there for a couple of years now, the trainers are like my friends and other clients have become people I will regularly catch up with outside of the gym. Going to the "gym" is no longer a negative I love it. I live and breathe it and their knowledge in the body and how to get results is past anything I have experienced before. I have done personal training in mutiple places and never had results like I have had at vision. I have also managed to complete things I never thought possible, I have ran 10km fun runs, a half marathon last year, did the triathlon series and now I am looking at the full marathon at the end of the year. If you want results and help with your nutrition then vision will get it for you... highly recommended

I've joined many gyms over the years and have never been able to sustain any kind of training for very long. Whether it's boredom, not seeing any noticeable results or just the expense of it, there's always something that gets in the way.

Vision Personal Training was recommended to me by my manager at work who has been training with them for several months and has been getting excellent results. I figured it couldn't hurt to try them out for 9 weeks and see what happens.

I am nothing if not blown away by the entire Vision philosophy and practice. I lost 7kgs in my first 9 weeks, I've become stronger and my posture has improved dramatically (my dad, who hadn't seen me in a couple of months, asked if I had gotten taller!) and I'm eating a lot better than I have in years. I still have moments where I cave in to chocolates and other naughty foods, but the education I'm receiving every week from my trainer has helped me learn what I can do and what I should do if I slip. I really like the online food diary and recipe videos as well.

Another great aspect of the gym is the group sessions, where you can bring a friend for free to every group class. The classes are intense, but you always feel great after they're over.

At the end of the day, any weight loss program you do comes down to you and your level of self-discipline. The great thing about Vision is that everyone is there to support you and help keep you on track. I think this is the most valuable part of the whole experience - they care and they want you to achieve great results!

I highly recommend Vision to anyone who has struggled with weight loss in the past and needs structure, guidance and most of all genuine support. You'll get all of this and more from Vision, they're brilliant!
