Signs were damaged on delivery to our holiday house. Due to covid we were unable to get down to check the signs for over a month unfortunately.

When we did notify Vivads several times, all they could say was too late sorry. I called over 5 times and asked for the owner of the business to call and they said they will arrange it, but has never happened.

I would have been happy if they said okay, we will send new signs but let's work out a price ie. you pay courier fee. Would have liked the reasonable conversation.

More than three advertising companies have been worked for my cosmetic products, really Vivid Ads, its worker and innovative graphic design made me a die heart fane of them. What a design they present in the trade show along my products images, 3D effect, marvelous it was. You know there are plenty of advertising and promotional firms but Vivid Ads and its trade show displays design are eye catching and result oriented.
