Went in for a screen repair, took them a month and a half to order multiple wrong parts with no updates. The day I picked it up to take to another shop they first said the correct part was arriving today. After a couple hours of waiting I was informed that it was a part for a different job. Wouldn’t recommend, terrible service and communication.

My computer kept shutting down due to the excess dust in the cabinet so I took it to Vivid and they said it would be ready that afternoon.
I had been to dentist so went home to rest. They said they would ring when ready but regardless would be there till 6.00pm as it was Thursday night.
I woke at 5.30pm and they had messaged not phoned it was ready. Got myself ready and was at shop at 5.50pm and they had closed.
What upset me was I had explained I wanted to skpe my daughter that night and we had arranged the meeting time which was early hours of the morning as she is overseas so it was important I had the computer back.
The work they did on computer was 100% it was just the service, on that occasion. They didn't do what they said with the contacting.
