No major problems with this company, but only registering your credit card even if it is for one one-off payment, they took money out without my authority. They have given my money back in full. But other than that they are not bad company.
i was helping my mum to try and fix her phone with no success and wasnt able to get onto the sutomer service line as it was a weekend. I headed down to the local vodafone shop and they had replaced the old sim card and had the phone working again within 5 minutes at no charge
