Total unprecedented level of incompetence, booked days before for a full package of fouls, toner, cut and blow dry only to be told on the day we don’t have time to do that, told they close at 2pm when the website states 3pm, left without any service would not go back there if they offered it for free.

Disappointing, the quality of the products they use if beyond disappointing. Asked for iced blonde hair, was given dark blonde “hair colour couldn’t be achieved”
Yet ive been closer to the shade i wanted in other hairdressers. they told me that my hair was damaged?! Don’t understand how and why as i had not been to a hairdressers in 3 years prior and I never straighten, dye or blow dried my hair in those 3 years.

They needed to cut a “test strand from my hair”
Apparently I wouldn’t notice it gone?
Its very noticeable
They wouldn’t believe a word that i said when i had already mentioned that my hair takes colour and bleach well.
Apart from all this my hair was done a little over a month ago and my regrowth is insane

4 years of patience waiting for growth to get me to ideal haircut destroyed in 5 minutes!
Compensation for that? Just the cut hey, seems you are happy with the gloss/colour.... Really???

Oh..yeah..and a free cut to try to rebalance the cut which had been interrupted, of course. Poor lady did her best, but you can recreate length once it is gone..

HO, Karen did not follow on her phone call (full remboursement) and worse.. Still waiting for a follow up call. A disgrace.

Alana and the girls are brilliant. I always come away feeling a million bucks! My hair always looks amazing and feels wonderful. Would recommend them to anyone.
