"Without Prejudice" Will never buy another car off this company again. Paid an extra $1200 for lifetime paint protection (their words). 6 years later my paint is dull and faded, my Honda looks like crap and they couldn't care less. The last service they said it needs new brake pads. Took it to a brake specialist, nothing wrong with my pads. I give them 5 stars for untrustworthy.

A while ago we went to Von Bibra's when my son was trying to sell his car
. We were told that his car was unsuitable for trade in although the body work and motor were in very good condition. So he he went elsewhere and sold it to them.

Had a Suzuki serviced and they advised needed brakes and rotors replaced front and rear - quoted $840. Got a second opinion from a brake specialist and advised only the front needed discs machined and replace pads with bendix pads - Price $230. Some staff were rude and treated us like idiots.

Had the pleasure of taking my LDV Van in for it's 10K service. This was after my bad experience at Victory Ford, Tweed with my 5K service!

Terrible service as cant fix problems with new 40k car. Do not do business with them. They are very slow even when trying to fix problems and the courtesy vehicle is a never available etc. Terrible consistently

I had a question about the running temperature on my new forester. They checked the car over tested the cooling system then washed and vacuumed the car before returning it to me with a full explanation that I could understand.

We have to bring our Mitsubishi Lancer X to this mechanic since it is showing ABS error codes in its computer system. Lucky it was still under warranty. They were pretty helpful there and I love the waiting area where you can have free coffee/ hot chocolate while waiting for your car to be fixed. They fixed the problem with the code error however when we get the car back, the break is not working properly and it feels very close to the floor. We told them about this and they told us to give it a day or two and it will be gone. One week later, the problem was still there and we called them to book another appointment. They are very helpful on the phone and when we get there, they offered a lift to Australia Fair while they are fixing the problem of the car. When it was all fixed they called to pick us up from the nearby shopping centre. They found out that the break fluid was not replaced properly and that was causing problem with the break.

This car service is not too bad. They are helpful and accommodating however, you just need to be patient with their work performance, other than that, I would highly recommend them.

I recently used Von Bibra to have my car serviced. The car was finished well before they said it would be and phoned me to let me know. They also phoned me before carrying out extra work needed to make sure I was okay with that. The staff I encountered in person and over the phone were pleasant, helpful and took the time to explain the service account and what they had done.

we have always had our 4 wd serviced here average very friendly staff average prices but we have another car a mazda and their service and prices are better
