Recently had our lounge room bay window treated by these guys, and I've got to say I am so very happy with the results. I can not believe I waited so long to get this done, my lounge room is so much cooler and much more comfortable.

Paid $40 for 2 share servings in 2 take away containers, these are the same containers that last week were a large serve, so sharing was not really feasible. Ordered Penn Modena and Penn Trieste both had dry grisly chicken with the Modena full of slabs of onion. Will not be eating from here again, ever.

Pool Fence
The tradesman tried to up quote after the job was accepted.
The work carried out was not of the standard that I had expected, ie; the top of the fence was a different height to the gate and the fence on the other side of the gate.
When I asked for the faults that I found when he announced that he had completed the job to be remedied I was told that there was nothing wrong with it and that he had finished, so after he left had to redo some of the work.

Got a virus on my external hard drive that I thought was going to cost me several years of family data/information, that my virus protection program did not save me from. Josh & Jordan were able to remove the virus and save all my data/information. I could not be more pleased with the outcome.

I took my father inlaw into this store to purchase some new shoes, a mistake I will not make again. My dad has a skin condition (not contagious) that is treated regularly by a podiatrist and does cause him some embarrassment. The shop assistant treated him like he was a leaper and was reluctant to touch him or his shoes, making a big show of how uncomfortable she was touching dads feet and old shoes. I told her that I was disgusted by her attitude and she said it wasn't her fault but she would get another shop assistant to take care of us. I told her she couldn't give us shoes and demanded an apology for my father inlaw, she mumbled something and walked away, I helped dad up and we left the store.

Was looking to purchase a Sony action camera but could not find them in the store. When I finally got some service the sales person knew nothing about action cameras and said she would find someone to help me. Two minutes later the same salesperson is serving someone else in Tv's and after another five minutes I excused myself to the customer she was serving and asked what was going on , she said "Oh I'm sorry I forgot, if you just want to wait while I finish serving this customer I'll find someone to help you". I left the store.

After some shelving, they didn't have any in the Labrador store but they did have one at the Robina store. Jackson the salesperson arranged to have the item transferred from Robina to Labrador for pickup the next morning. I could not have been happier.

I had a question about the running temperature on my new forester. They checked the car over tested the cooling system then washed and vacuumed the car before returning it to me with a full explanation that I could understand.

I am disabled and they got the heavy items off-the-shelf through the checkout loaded onto my trailer , no questions no problems at all. They could not be more helpful and honest.
