He spent a considerable amount of time providing me with information about the issue I was experiencing and what needed to be done. I subsequently discovered that the property manager of the unit which I am renting was going to arrange treatment for my unit so did not use Vortex. However, I was impressed with the speed of Arik's response and his thoroughness in explaining the job to be done.
