If you live in Melbourne and have a pool and/or spa then you need to ensure that it meets all the safety requirements. With new legislation requiring pool and spa owners to obtain a Form 23 Compliance Certificate for their swimming pool and/or spa fence (pool safety barrier) in Victoria, VPCI (aka Vic Pool Compliance Inspections) are Victorian Building Authority (VBA) registered and certified, in the classification of Building Inspector (Pool Safety).  Justin Cosgrove is fully qualified and here to help you navigate your pool/spa barrier to meet state government and council certification dates. Building a New Pool or Spa?  Do it right the first time!

VPCI will offer to perform a comprehensive pre-inspection for you which involves a complete inspection of your swimming pool/spa barrier in Victoria and will include a list of improvement recommendations that will meet the Australian Standards of your pool. Once your swimming pool is completed our team will inspect your pool/spa barrier against the relevant Australian Standard supplied by your council and issue you with a Certificate of Compliance (Form 23) upon completion of all necessary works.

Do you have an existing Pool / Spa? 

VPCI will attend your home, at a mutually convenient date and time.  If your swimming pool and/or spa meets Compliance then you will be issued with a Form 23 Certificate of Compliance on the day of your inspection, for you to onforward to your Local Council.  If there are works to be done before a Form 23 can be issued then you will be provided with a detailed report, outlining photos and details of outstanding or non-compliant areas.  We will provide you with as much detail as possible to assist with this and available anytime for clarification.  A re-inspection will be necessary in order for our team to cross check works against the detailed report and, if everything has been completed, a Form 23 Compliance Certificate will be provided at that time of your inspection.
