ABC Blinds
I’m very unhappy with their service. All good up as far as the measure, quote and upfront 100% payment to the slick salesman goes, and that’s where it stops. I guess they’ve got my money and that’s what counts. I had not heard anything re installation until 2 weeks ago when I rang to get an installation date and time - Friday 13/5 between 12 and 5. So I scheduled the whole afternoon off, rang at 1.30 to confirm it was today since no one had appeared or rung ahead, and yes it was, but can’t give an exact time, ok so things are going downhill. No sooner had I got off the phone than I received an sms to say installation was Sat 14/5 12-5, like no way, because I had written 13/5 on the quote when i got that date and during the first phone call that was confirmed. So I rang again and was told that’s it, no can do til the 24th if I don’t take tomorrow 14/5. Hello, and the salesperson assured me ABC have the quickest turn around times of any blind maker in Perth! Right, not! This is seriously very inconvenient, especially as you won’t even provide a better time slot than 5 hours and I have already allocated 5 hours today. So I’d say their good service ends with the slick sales talk and receipt of my 100% upfront payment. So I do not recommend ABC Blinds.

Not sure if you have a comments page on your website, but I just wanted to say a very big thank you for the brillant job you have done with the blinds you have just fitted for me. Ben was very prompt and professional with his free measure and quote, price was almost $1000 cheaper than another major blinds company, installation was quick and very well done and finally the product is amazing. Very happy customer indeed!!
