Absolutely beautiful food. I frequent this restaurant time and time again and have never been disappointed. The staff are always friendly and meal orders are taken within a very reasonable time and food is always served quite quickly. Drink service is however a bit slow but always arrive before or with entree.

Don't understand why people queue to go there. Food is mideocre. Service is not great either. If you have tried genuine Japanese food, you will agree with me

Wagamama is in a good location in the city. There is indoor and outdoor seating. The menu is able to be adapted if you are allergic or have dislikes and it is reasonably priced. I have eaten here several times and even though the food is fresh and hot and tasty the service by the staff is where they are letting themselves down. The staff do come and check on the meals and that everything is ok however when asked for more cultery, water or drinks they often forget to bring these.
I keep going back as I do enjoy the food.

Good value for money - the food was tasty enough - but the service is just so bad. Very, very slow and it was hard getting the attention of the waiters. I will probably avoid eating here in the future.

Service was a disaster! We booked a group table, but even with 12 of us we had to fight for a server. We weren't given plates or water until the third time we'd asked, the emergency evacuation alarms ran for a good 10 mins, and despite everyone paying for a $25 'sharing menu', the amount of food left people hungry. Not really great value for money, and certainly room for improvement.

We came here as a group, and while the food was decent, the service was atrocious. We opted for a shared menu between 14 people. There was nowhere near enough food.

Great place for a quick dinner - service is good and quick yet you can still relax and enjoy your meal without being rushed. Excellent kids menu and deal - Edamame peas keep my kids entertained.

I have been there about 4 times and have ordered the same menu item in 3 occasions and on the three occasions I received my meal late i.e Don't order the beef salad if you are in a hurry or very hungry

I love the food at this chain. The service is basic, and a bit confused though. After we had ordered, 3 different wait staff came up to us asking if we had ordered yet. Also, if you go in a group, the main meals never come together. Worth it for the great food though.
