Wahoo’s Fish Taco is 100% Australian owned and operated and is the original fast, fresh and healthy Mexican style restaurant to open in Australia. We are the first to introduce a fish taco to the Australian consumer. Wahoo’s Fish Taco has been owned and operating since 2002 and still only uses the freshest, finest quality ingredients to create our delicious menu items.
We dedicate ourselves to preparing and creating the entire menu in-house. All salsas, sauces, guacamole and beans are made from scratch each day. We use no microwaves, can openers or freezers in our restaurants. Don’t be fooled by other plastic restaurant chains who have tried to duplicate our style of food system.
