This was a pleasurable experience. Soft lighting, subtle fragrance of essential oils and soothing music helped to create a gentle, warm ambiance. The facial (and a bonus hand massage) left my skin soft and velvety and I felt relaxed and pampered. I would highly recommend this to anyone.
