Maybe it was just because I was there at opening time but there were no staff to be found and I needed help to find what I wanted. The place looks awesome and the variety great, the plants healthy etc just couldn't find what I was looking for and couldn't find anyone to ask - may as well have been at Bunnings...

Good place to get plants and garden needs prob bit more than bunnings but good 2nd option i got some coconut fibre n bags its good for lineing plant baskets esp if u have odd sizes like very small also tasty cafe next door!

gorgeous set out. the staff are very knowledgeable (when you can get to one) love their 12 month warranty on plants. means a complete black thumb like me is guaranteed to have plants that last. nothing ive bought from there has died, yet!

co-operative, friendly and always helpful when I seek advice. Had one of their plants die on me one time and it was replaced free. A terrific extra. Have used this Waldecks over others in my area due to the wide variety of natives and fruit trees.

I tried to ask for some advice, I asked one question and the girls continued their personal conversation. This happened 2-3 times, the answers they gave were minimal to say the least. I ended up walking out and not purchasing anything at all. I will never go back as this is not the first time this has happened.

Almost had to pick the product, pay for the product, work the till, get the barcode,
should have been paid for my time! There was a total lack of customer service and it seems I was a bother interupting the conversations of the till staff.

We used Waldecks to buy most of the plants for our new garden. It's a nice experience to sit at the beautiful café surrounded by the peaceful tranquility of flowering shrubs, shady trees and with water features in action while contemplating what to buy. We had a sales person with a mass of knowledge and left with a good selection after our coffee and cake.
