Major renovations have paid off, fantastic buffet and decor that makes the established competition look old and dated. The beer garden is the best I have seen anywhere, no wonder it has won so many awards. Book early for the buffet though, can be crowded.

Approximate cost: $20.00

Well if you want fresh all you can eat this is the place! It may be a little more pricey but it's well worth it. Plenty of great choices that are all freah and replaced regulary. Love the dessert yum yum always go back for seconds :) It has won plenty of awards and i know why! The beer garden is one of the best i have seen and by one of the entrances there are two massive chairs you can sit in or like me get a pic! I love this place :)

Fabulous buffet. Plenty of different types of dishes for fussy eaters. Food was fresh and tasty, well presented dining room, with a great outdoor beer garden.

We went to the Walkers for an anniversary celebration on a Saturday for lunch. The bistro/dining room was crowded and looked a little expensive so we went to the bar/lounge area for a counter style meal. This was very enjoyable very comfortable and the price very reasonable. The wine list was adequate and the wines were reasonably priced. The decor was bright, cheerful and modern. The service was quite good and kids are not frowned upon. A pleasant and enjoyable experience.

An update on our previous review to this venue - we returned about seven months later to the bistro/dining room for an engagement party. The buffet meal was very pricy even with the 10% off for prnsioners, tha wine was also very dear. An example - a bottle of Annie's Lane Moscato on our previous visit was $23 this time it was $30 - the price had increased $7.00 in less than seven months. We can definitely do better than this place for a reasonable priced meal.

Wow, this place has really been given a face-lift! There are plenty of seating options; I went on a Sunday when they had live music but we found a spot where we could sit and chat and hear ourselves think - and yet, still enjoy the music and the atmosphere. They have a very large outdoor seating area but people aren't crammed in too close to each other. Very spacious, very airy, very nice. They have a designated smoking and no-smoking area and inside, the decor is a modern green and white; they have comfy chairs for a casual drink and booth-style tables if you want a bit of privacy. And then there's all the seating outside and the lovely modern bar area.

Approximate cost: $14

This place still beats most other smorgasboards, in my opinion. It has a massive array of different cuisines and there is even more in variety nowadays than there was before. The place does get pretty busy though and some nights you need to book well in advance.

They have recently opened after refurbishing after a fire. The place is bright and clean. I have only used their buffet restaurant which i loved. So many meals to pick from, I wish i could fit in a bit of everything. You need to book in advance for saturday as they are booked out 3 weeks in advance. I loved it so much I will be holding my 60th birthday there
