Our LG dishwasher had an issue but was still covered by warranty so the repairer was arranged by LG. The admin staff who arranged the appointment is very professional and communicates any changes in a timely manner. The 2 technicians arrived on time and repaired the dishwasher. However they were not very careful and got a cut while doing the repair.
Office staff were exceptionally helpful. Friendly & courteous, accurate time window of technicians arrival, and follow up calls. Technician spent the time to explain his diagnosis and repaired at a very reasonable cost. Definetley recommended.
