The staff here are amazing and so professional!! My daughter and I spotted an injured raven by the roadside and when we called the Wantirna Vet clinic, Jess was so incredibly nice and explained to us the process by which they will take care of the bird. The team at the clinic have taken such excellent care of the bird that was possibly hit by a car and was severely dehydrated they have handled the raven with such care and empathy. Jess even gave me a follow up call to let me know how the bird was doing and the details of treatment as well as the next step in it's rehabilitation process. I am very grateful that we took this raven into this clinic where the staff are just wonderful and the animals are treated with such respect and care.

Our cat had a leg problem. They were very thorough in diagnosing the problem, describing the treatment and thenlet us choose what we could afford to do. They did not judge us if we didn't go for the most expensive option, and supported us in our choice and guided us regarding how best to care for her. Within a week she was doing much better, and we received a call to see how she was going. A very positive experience at a difficult time.

Puppy pre-school program was great!
Staff are friendly, professional & very helpful. They remember your dogs name (even if they don't remember yours ha!).

of course you would hope that those working in vets would be kind but this vet clinic were amazing! so friendly & kind - helpful without selling all their products to you.
the vet had her little puppy running around sniffing at everything which was extra cute & nice
