I felt cared for as well as my pet. They understand that he is my 'child' (at least for now!) and treated him with love and respect and were very friendly. Much better experience than going to my old vet that was part of a big franchise, I think. My dog needed surgery so I expected a big bill, but at least it was all explained to me and the bill was the same as they quoted me (a bit less actually). I would happily pay more for good treatment anyway. I hope I don't have to go back very often, but I will definitely go there whenever I need a good vet.

I was referred to the practice from my friend who got a cat from there as the lovely ladies there are very involved in cat rescue. From when I made my first phone call I instantly felt it was a warm friendly clinic, the nurse was so welcoming and knowledgable. I took my kittens down for their vaccinations and they offered me a great deal called a Kitten Combo which saved me a lot of money. I loved the vet I saw, her name was Fiona, she is the practice owner. I could just tell she genuinely loved her job and it wasn't all about the money for her. I will definately be going back and will be telling all my friends to go there.
